Peculiarities of the Influence of Loads with the Use of Exercises on Simulators and with Free Weight Load on the Development of Maximum Muscle Strength in Bodybuilders

The purpose of the work was to study peculiarities changes in indicators development maximum muscle strength bodybuilders under conditions using a complex exercises on simulators and with free weight load against background modes different intensity.
